To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by incorrect user input, accidents in actual loading operations, force majeure, third-party software/hardware, or your breach of these Terms.
The App, algorithms, brand, and UI design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without authorization.
